I have used this on my servers and it reduced the lag to almost none - so I cannot say why yours is lagging the file is from cod4x.me all I can say is post your b3.log and b3.xml files and I will look at them to see if I can see any errors please zip them up because its hard for me to read them in ...

Bro, it still lags. The only way to turn of this sudden lag is to turn of b3, which is not possible

Can someone explain why this plugin isn't working? It says "IP Range not supported"
