Hi Ok lets start from you zipping up your b3.logs so I can check them to see whats up also include your b3.xml and the plugin_welcome.xml files just remove the rcon password without those two its very hard for me to say what is going on in the mean time you can check that the port setting in the b3....

there is a b3 command named kickall already type !help kickall
at lest in b3 1.9.2 which is what I use there is that command.

when I play in my server I never saw lag issues with the bots
check out 24.0.238.155:28960 and let me know if there is lag on your end.
