Hello Guys, I Have Problem Running b3 With Promod Gamemode.
When I Run b3 With Promod Gamemode b3 Messages Works But b3 Commands Like !ad Or !re Are Not Working Looks Like b3 Is Off.
Can Anyone Help Me?

did you change the game log file section in b3?
example:
<!-- The gameserver generates a logfile, put the path and name here -->
<set name="game_log">your cod4 directory/mods/promod/games_mp.log</set>

if b3 messages are working but not the b3 commands then its most likely that the game file is not being read to activate the commands.
check your b3.log it should say whats wrong.
