Big Brother Bot (B3) ⇒ Something is missing between cod4 and b3

family I have a problem, I have a cod4x server with NE by leiisko and I mount the B3 the 1.9.2 the executable for win, it helps by installing, so far so good but I can not get the messages to welcome me, those that say that you You connect from I don't know where, which is your first time, everyone say hello to ....., none of that comes out
Although on the console it tells me that it is well connected

Ok lets start from you zipping up your b3.logs so I can check them to see whats up also include your b3.xml and the plugin_welcome.xml files just remove the rcon password

without those two its very hard for me to say what is going on
in the mean time you can check that the port setting in the b3.xml and plugin_welcome.xml are correct correct
also let me know if you type !help you get the help screen that will tell if b3 is talking to the server or not.

check that plugin for type error

I never seen this error before I suggest checking your ftp settings
