I tried it and it works on my setup - I have no idea why it does not work on yours - I also use b3 version 1.9.2

look in your b3.log and find say and see if there is an error when you see your player name
do it with just ! then y for team_say
T !help
Y !help see if it errors on the Y
mine shows say;2310346615249446327;10;Flywheel-KAB;\x15!help
on both T and Y
