Any way to ban a player using B3 Bot by banning his Hardware ID ONLY?

IP Address and GUID can be same for other players and also it can be changed to bypass ban.
So I want to ban a player using hardware id, only.
I've searched it in cod4x and only found this topic. (Which I don't understand)

the guid that is used by b3 is not the same as the playerid that is used to ban a player in cod4x with so changing a guid in cod4x should not have an effect on the ban
that is one feature I love about cod4x .
I never tested that fact since I can not change a guid in cod4, but I have banned myself and looked at my guid in b3 and the banlist_v2.dat file and the ban shows a playerid not the guid in the ban file
and what I understand the playerid is hardware based.

Is simplebanlist.dll plugin needed with b3? I don't use it because have no idea about its uses.

also there is legacybanlist.dll and sourecbansplugin.dll

it must be used if you want bans to stick all you have to do is add loadplugin simplebanlist to your server config cod4x does the rest you do nothing
