disable perks in server cod4

Hi . How can I disable perks on the server? For example : Disable rpg or 3 nades perk .

As soon as they finish repairing my hdd, look for the info and I'll give it to you
well in NE this is the line
set disable_rpg "1"
And the other way is
set perk_allow_rpg_mp 0
Test which one works for you and keep the sequence just changing the perk

I added them to server.cfg but Nothing happened .
