And I also want to activate it using b3 commands

ok this depends on you "not" having the New Experience installed on your system
if you have the new experience installed you will have to figure out how to edit the files for that.

NO New Experience installed...

you must edit the b3 plugin_customcommands.ini by adding
under quest commands
fps = cmd fps:<PLAYER:PID>
fov = cmd fov:<PLAYER:PID>

restart b3 and cod4 and what you want should work
